Merlin is my companion and my familiar. So, I figured that his name should be the title of this Witch's room. I'm going to post spells, both new and well used ones, and all kinds of information on the craft. I'm a 5th generation Witch, so I have a lot of older learning that I would love to pass on. Come in, have a cup of tea, pet my cat, and maybe learn something along the way

Imagine your magic building as the stones go higher. When your finished, thank the stones and earth for their help, and leave it there as an image of your faith.

LUCKY CANDLE SPELL
WITCH'S LUCKY CANDLE SPELL
Take an orange candle anointed with cinnamon oil, clove, or lotus oil.
Light the candle and say 3 times:
"brimstone, moon, and witch's fire,
candlelights bright spell,
good luck shall I now acquire,
work thy magic well.
Midnight twelve,
the witching hour,
bring the luck I seek.
By wax and wick now work thy power as these words I speak.
Harming none, this spell is done. By law of three, so mote it be!"
Do this spell at midnight.

For good wish's for the winter
Time to start getting ready for winter!!! Here is something you can do to make sure your winter is a good one!
This is best done in the fireplace, or at the end of summer in the outside fire pit... but you can use your cauldron too, if you like.
Light a fire in the evening... and as the fire is burning down
Take 12 twigs (Ash or Rowan, or willow)
Tie them together with thread that's yellow or red.
Cast them into the fire.
Think about the silence, the coming of a mild winter, the preparation of your food for the coming winter... the silence of snow, and the calmness of the winter sky. Add your fondest wish for the coming winter....
Do not look away till the twigs are burnt and gone.... and your wishing will come true
