and its calming scent that can help you relax and sleep better
Lemon has a
wonderful smell that can help to balance emotions. Used in small doses it can energize,
and in larger doses as a calming agent. It is also easy to use to make your own
cleaning recipes and do away with harsh (and expensive) household cleaners.
Tea tree or
Melaleuca oil has many useful antibacterial and antifungal properties. It can
be used to help heal cuts, scrapes, bites, acne, dandruff, athelete's foot and
a host of other issues. It can also be used to make your own household
cleaners.
Chamomile
can be used as an alternative or alongside lavender for its calming traits. It
can be used in baths or topically to help one sleep or relax. It can be used
topically to eliminate gas or bloating. Roman Chamomile has anti-inflammatory
