THE TRUTH!
CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL BORN IN 1930's, 1940's, 50's, 60's, 70's and Early 80's !!!
First, you survived being born to mothers who smoked and/or drank while they carried us. They took aspirin, ate blue cheese dressing, tuna from a tin, and didn't get tested for diabetes. Then after that trauma, your baby cots were covered with bright colored lead-based paints. You had no childproof lids on medicine bottles, doors or cabinets and when you rode your bikes, you had no helmets, not to mention, the risks you took hitchhiking ..
As children, you would ride in cars with no seat belts or air bags. Riding in the back of a van - loose - was always great fun. You drank water from the garden hosepipe and NOT from a bottle. You shared one soft drink with four friends, from one bottle and NO ONE actually died from this. You ate cakes, white bread and real butter and drank pop with sugar in it, but you weren't overweight because...... YOU WERE ALWAYS OUTSIDE PLAYING!!
You would leave home in the morning and play all day, as long as we were back when the streetlights came on. No one was able to reach you all day. And you were OK. You would spend hours building your go-carts out of scraps and then ride down the hill, only to find out you forgot the brakes. After running into the bushes a few times, you learned to solve the problem .
You did not have Playstations, Nintendo's, X-boxes, no video games at all, no 99 channels on cable, no video tape movies, no surround sound, no mobile phones, no text messaging, no personal computers, no Internet or Internet chat rooms..........YOU HAD FRIENDS and you went outside and found them!
You fell out of trees, got cut, broke bones and teeth and there were no lawsuits from these accidents. you played with worms(well most boys did) and mud pies made from dirt, and the worms did not live in us forever. You made up games with sticks and tennis balls and although you were told it would happen, you did not poke out any eyes. You rode bikes or walked to a friend's house and knocked on the door or rang the bell, or just yelled for them!
Local teams had tryouts and not everyone made the team. Those who didn't had to learn to deal with disappointment. Imagine that!! The idea of a parent bailing you out if you broke the law was unheard of. They actually sided with the law!
This generation has produced some of the best risk-takers, problem solvers and inventors ever! The past 50 years have been an explosion of innovation and new ideas.
You had freedom, failure, success and responsibility, and you learned HOW TO DEAL WITH IT ALL! And YOU are one of them!
CONGRATULATIONS! You might want to share this with others who have had the luck to grow up as kids, before the lawyers and the government regulated our lives for our own good. And while you are at it, forward it to your kids so they will know how brave their parents were.

A Witch's Cackle!
In popular culture, the witch is often portrayed as an ageing crone, chanting over a steaming cauldron and cackling in the moonlight.
Moonlight, cauldron, crone, chanting; we understand the significance of all of these. The significance of the cackling, however, is harder to define.
Is it diabolical ecstasy or a sign of madness? Are we drunk on power or dizzy with the moon?
The answer to these questions is very simple.
We witches cackle because when we get together it is impossible to keep a straight face. The outside world looks on as we invoke our gods and goddesses; perhaps thinking that we greet them stony-faced and in mournful humor.
The reality being that, as each entity and energy draws close we feel the power and joy that they bring.
No-one can experience the dark humour of Hecate or the mischief of the Elementals without a little grin. How many times have we giggled as the candles blow out, or the charcoal won't catch light? When we stop taking it all so seriously and just enjoy our craft and our rituals, laughter surely follows.
In our community, we are blessed with the company of like-minded souls, misfits and raggle-taggle wanderers. We gather together, as one, in our motley crew then we form a circle and celebrate. We dance, we sing, we cast and we laugh because we have pushed away our cares for a while. We are in the presence of our ancestors, our deities and our magical family.
In the witches' cackle is the beauty of belonging, the joy of sharing and the song of our soul.
To our cackling brothers and sisters: we hear ourselves in your laughter and we bless you for your happy noise.
Our circle is open but unbroken. Evermore.

Black Salt
Pagans, Wiccans, and Voodoo practitioners use black salt in their
rituals.
It is intended to be used to rid things of negative energies
and to keep negative energy away.
Most people use it for protection of
their family and home, but some people also use it for banishing and
keeping away unwanted guests.
It can be used for hex and curse breaking.
Some people even use black salt to charge their scrying mirrors, as
well as for casting circles.
Ingredients
Black salt is extremely easy to make. It takes only a couple of minutes to throw together a decent batch to last you for a while. You probably don't even have to go to the store to buy anything for it, because most of the ingredients are probably things you already have in your house. you can use one, or more of the ingredients below. Though Skillet Scrapings is the old way of doing it, I prefer the Charcoal.- 2 parts Sea Salt or Kosher Salt
- 1 part skillet scraping OR
- 1 part ash from fire pit OR
- 1 part crushed black chalk dust OR
- 1 part finely ground Charcoal
- 1 part finely ground Black Pepper
Never use dyes or food colorings to make the salt black, because it will make the salt clumpy and unusable for ritual purposes. It is always best to use dry ingredients instead.

Fire Cider
How To Take Fire Cider
Many people take 1-2 tablespoons throughout the fall/winter months as a preventative measure, or every three to four hours if symptoms are present.
Here are some more ways to use it:
- As a “wellness shot” put about 1 oz. in a shot glass to drink straight up
- As a tea – Breathe in the steam as you sip to relieve congestion
- In juice – For little ones, it’s best to serve a small amount mixed in freshly-pressed orange juice or lemonade
- As a marinade or salad dressing
Fire Cider Recipe
- ½ cup peeled and shredded/diced ginger root
- ½ cup peeled and shredded/diced horseradish root
- ½ cup peeled and diced turmeric OR 1/4 cup additional ginger and 1/4 cup additional horseradish
- ½ cup white onion, chopped
- ¼ cup minced or crushed garlic cloves
- 2 organic jalapeno peppers, chopped
- Zest and juice from 2 organic lemons
- Raw apple cider vinegar
- Raw, organic honey to taste
- Several sprigs of fresh rosemary or thyme (optional)
- ½ teaspoon black peppercorns
Equipment
- Quart-sized jar
- Wax paper
Instructions
Add the ginger, horseradish, onion, garlic, jalapeno and lemon juice/zest to a quart-sized jar. Pack them down lightly so that the jar is about 3/4 full. Use a fermenting weight to hold down the veggies/roots, or place heavy roots at the top so that they will weigh down the herbs and jalapenos (which float). Pour a generous amount apple cider vinegar over the roots/vegetables. You want everything to stay under the liquid to prevent spoilage. Keep in mind that some of the roots will expand a little so top it off well.If you’re using a metal lid, line it with wax paper so that the vinegar doesn’t corrode it, then put the lid on. Place in a dark, room temperature cabinet for 2-4 weeks. (A month is best)
When the cider is ready, shake well and then strain the roots/veggies using a cheesecloth or fine mesh sieve. Add honey to taste and store in the fridge.

Healing a pet
Spell for Healing a Pet
You will need:- Healing Oil*
- A Black Candle
- A Red Candle
- A Brown Candle
- Several stones or crystals
Rub your hands together, generating heat and energy. When you feel that you've built a small "bundle" of healing energy, place your hands on your pet, stroking it and giving it the healing energy you've built, making sure to concentrate on any areas where you feel or sense the illness.
Focus on the candles, continuing to maintain contact with your pet, and visualize the strength from the red candle pouring into the brown candle, and pushing all the sickness into the black candle. Attune with the Goddess, and when you've got a good grip on the visualizations above (and the animal!), say:
"Goddess, with your healing touch
Bless this animal we love so much.
God, with beasts as your domain,
Remove the sickness, heal the pain.
So mote it be!"
Continue the stroking and energy flow until you feel that the spell is done, then allow the animal plenty of time to rest and heal.
Healing oil:
- 6 drops Lavender oil
- 6 drops Rosemary oil
- 1/2 ounce base oil (apricot kernel, jojoba, grapeseed, even olive oil)

CBS network..... INSULTING!!!!
CBS's CSI show last night..."The Book of Shadows"... was INSULTING!!
Their jokes and jabs at the Witch religion was paramount to racism!!!
I don't see them joking and making fun of the Jewish faith or Catholics???? Do you know what would happen to them if they even tried to make fun of a Rabbis or Priest???
Isn't it time people stopped thinking Witch's were a joke.
FREEDOM OF RELIGION MEANS ALL RELIGIONS!!!!
Write CBS, blog about it, twitter about CBS.....
and tell them this kind of treatment won't be allowed... I did!!! and I tweeted it too!!!!
We are a legal, RECOGNIZED RELIGION.... our boy's in Arlington Cemetery are allowed to have a pentagram on their tombstones!!!
IT'S TIME TO STOP THE JOKES!!!!

For good wish's for the winter
Time to start getting ready for winter!!! Here is something you can do to make sure your winter is a good one!
This is best done in the fireplace, or at the end of summer in the outside fire pit... but you can use your cauldron too, if you like.
Light a fire in the evening... and as the fire is burning down
Take 12 twigs (Ash or Rowan, or willow)
Tie them together with thread that's yellow or red.
Cast them into the fire.
Think about the silence, the coming of a mild winter, the preparation of your food for the coming winter... the silence of snow, and the calmness of the winter sky. Add your fondest wish for the coming winter....
Do not look away till the twigs are burnt and gone.... and your wishing will come true

Breaking any spell
On the night of a full moon, light a white candle. Stick the sewing needle into the side of the candle approximately 1/2 from the top of the candle. Light the candle. Concentrate on the spell you want broken.....when the needle falls out, you can work the spell.
Hold some twine (natural jute is best, but any type will do) tightly between both hands and repeat these words aloud:
Where you come from, I care not
Where you go, best you be gone
Leave me now and let it be

With your knife, cut the twine in half. Lay the pieces in the pan, making note of the freshly cut ends.
Take your candle and drip wax over the ends of the twine that you just cut to seal those ends
Extinguish the candle.
Next, take your sewing needle and piercing both pieces of twine, pin them together

Silver Ring Love Charm
For this spell, you will create a charm out of a ring, though it will take a month to complete. You'll need the following items for this spell:
- A silver ring that you have never worn before
- A white cloth
- A cup of white wine
You need to perform this spell under the light of a full moon, so hopefully the skies will be clear for you or you should wait for another night. Wrap the ring in the cloth, and bury it under ground. Sit quietly and watch the moon as you concentrate on the qualities you are seeking in a new love relationship. Pour the wine over the spot where you burying the ring, and recite the spell:
Blessed Goddess, fair and true
This silver gift I offer you
Bless this ring and make it shine
Bring a lover to be mine
Leave the ring for a month, and dig it up on the next full moon. From that day on, wear it every day to attract your true love to you. If you live in an apartment with no access to any "ground", you can try this spell using a large flowerpot filled with earth instead.

Go Away spell
If there is someone in your life that you would like to not be involved with anymore, this is the spell for you.
All you need is a black sheet of paper. Construction paper is the easiest to find.
Write the person's name in the middle, and it doesn't matter if you can't actually read it. It just has to be there. Fold the paper up as small as you can. Take it outside and bury it in the ground. Once it's buried, say the following out loud:
Into the ground
You can't be found
You're not around
I can't heard your sound
Step over the place you've buried the paper, and that person will soon fade from your life.

Healing spells
Power of 3 Healing Spell
This spells uses the strength of the number 3 to help speed healing of an illness, not an injury. You can use this spell for yourself or for someone else. Your spell supplies are:
3 candles (1 each of purple, blue and white)
Myrrh oil
Mint oil
Sandalwood oil
3 pieces of quartz
3 small pieces of paper
Light the candles, and set them up in an even triangle shape on your altar.
Anoint the stones with a little bit of the different oils, and place one in front of each candle.
Write the name of the ill person on each piece of paper, and place them in the center of the triangle.
Light each candle and focus on the person who is sick. Think about them being healthy and free of their symptoms. Picture them strongly in your mind as the candles burn. Repeat the following three times:
Magick mend and candle burn,
Illness leave and health return
Leave the candles to burn for 3 hours, then snuff them out.
Your subject should soon start to improve,
but you can add some extra power to your spell if you do the entire ritual for 3 nights in a row rather than just once.

Love spells
Calling all Cupids, hear my plea.... come to me, come to me, come to me... set my heart free!
Piece of rose quartz
Small silver bowl
Handful of pink or red rose petals
This ritual is performed on the night of the new moon (which means there will be no visible moon that night). Give the crystal a kiss, and set it in the bowl. Sprinkle the rose petals over it, and set it in a window for 7 days. After the week is up, take the crystal and carry it with you to draw romance into your life. Leave the bowl of petals in the window until the next new moon.
2 lodestones
1 small red bag
Love drawing oil
A mixture of vanilla, rose, ylang ylang, cardamom and/or ginger oils will make a potent love blend. Put a few drops of oil on your palms and rub your hands together with the lodestones to anoint them with oil.Rub the stones until your hands begin to feel warm. Concentrate on drawing love and romance into your life with these stones.
Drop both lodestones into the red bag, then rub the bag in your hands to get some oil on it too. Place the charm bag on your bedside table, or hang from a bedpost to start attracting your next true love

My Darling Children
My darling children
Curious, cruel splendid
I carry you in the earthy womb
And when time has had it's way
You shall return unto me
Until that day I wait for you
Tenderly, I wait for you
In the beginning
I gave you life, I gave
The first precious, perilous gasp
And you have scarred me
You with your intolerant fury
Have pierced my skin, have drawn my blood
And I will bleed for you my children
Until my veins run dry
I am Masa, Moeder, Mama
I, am your mother
And when you cry, I cry with you.
And in the shadows I watch you sweat
As you kill your brother
And bury him, Come dawn
Do you smell my fear in fiery skies?
Where demons shriek
And scratch at my skin
My lungs are slashed, shred and torn
They inhale your hate
Exhale my shame
I dream of a time not yet gone by
When you shall walk my horizon
Drenched in glorious victory
That is not red
And does not drip, drip, drip with disgrace
But until that day, I wait for you
Tenderly, I wait for you.

The warning spell
This spell is a good substitute for a Hex Spell... when your emotions of fear and anger seem to be taking you over.
It's more for you.... then the other person.
It lets you build strength, and take charge of your emotions to find a way to calm down and seek the solution to your problem!
Light a Black Candle and say:
My blood turns black and flesh turns blue.
I will curse you if you force me to.
From left with signs and negative ties,
I clear your eyes!
And curse your lies!
I'll call the strength of a plague of flies,
with the blood gone black and flesh of blue,
The evil you sent is back to you!
Now my soul is clean and yours on fire
you mess with a Witch,
You get burned, you liar!!!
repeat over and over as the candle burns, till your anger fly's away!

Melting Weight Loss Spell
Melting Weight Loss Spell
Few people can say they are happy with their weight, but be honest with yourself about whether you really need to lose those pounds. You can add some simple spell assistance to your weight loss with just a brown candle.
Carve at the top of your candle, your current weight.
At the bottom, carve in the weight you'd like to be (realistically).
Every night before you go to bed, light the candle for 15 minutes.
As the candle wax melts down towards your goal weight, you will start to slim down.

TROLLS!
Now I have 2 pairs of earrings... with one earring missing!!! Driving me crazy! Both were one of my favorite pairs. A pretty purple crystal one, and my Doctor Who Tartis earring!
Just one of each missing.... lost somewhere in the house.... you know it has to be trolls!
They like pretty things.... but only take ONE, just to piss you off!!!!
So this is my Troll Rhyme
NASTY EVIL LITTLE THINGS
The trolls are coming hear them squealing, running.
Always scheming, while we dream.
Searching out the pretty things!
shiny bobbles, glitter rings
Take them home and horde them now,
let the humans wonder how,
they lost that damn thing anyhow?
Watching Troll's giggling so gay
Play with it, put it back another day
Anyone know of any recipes for Roasted Trolls!!!!!!!!

Some old work of mine
Are fairy's just like butterfly's?
Who live in summer, comes winter dies?
Do their wings go slow and lazy thru the sky's?
Or like hummingbirds do they whiz by?
Are fairy's colors autumn bright?
Or green to hide in springs delight?
Do they fly so fancy free?
Or fight and worry like you and me?
No matter witch, I watch the sky's,
to dream I could see a fairy fly!
Do not judge my skin so green,
and think me evil sight unseen!
for in the bog I flit and fly
in joyful abandon, till I die.
the color green, of frogs and wet,
this perfect life, my skin reflects .
although the swamps are dark and dreary,
my happy soul, is far from weary!

Telling the Bee's
When someone dies you are supposed to tell the bees~ and invite them to the funeral,
give them wine and cake, hang mourning cloth over the hive.
You can tell them other things as well
News of a marriage,
when you are going to harvest the honey,
when you are troubled by your dreams.
Tell them and they will listen, tell them and they will spread the word with the wind.
