Quick and easy spooky Rum balls

This is super easy.... using your recipe for Rum Balls. You can buy these Ice Cube trays at most store for the holiday... they also have Christmas tree's and such if you want to do them for different holidays! Quick, easy, and you can even get the kids to press each cookie into the molds.

• 3 1/4 cups crushed vanilla wafers



• 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
• 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powde

• 3 tablespoons light corn syrup
• 1/2 cup rum

Directions

 

1. In a large bowl, stir together the crushed vanilla wafers, 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar,  and cocoa Blend in corn syrup and rum.
2. Shape into 1 inch balls, and roll in additional confectioners' sugar. Store in an airtight container for several days to develop the flavor.
3. Take each ball and lightly press into the mold... 
4. then for Skulls, shift with powdered sugar
5. The pumpkins can be dusted in orange sugar
