Take a piece of paper and draw a pentagram in the center of it.. At each point write one word of this sentence:
Refrigerator stay invisible to me
Concentrate on the amount of weight you want to lose, and after you finished writing.. attach it to the refrigerator with a magnet..... right in front where you can see it if you open the fridge!
